Your role
As Key Account Manager (KAM) Ahold and Food at Naif, you have a big impact on the world of baby care. You ensure our products are available widely, are easy to find for the consumer, and create activations in-store that help tell our brand story. Most importantly, you are a true counterpart for our customers. Naif is growing rapidly, but we are definitely not done growing and have ambitious goals for 2030.
We are currently looking for a pragmatic, hands-on, energetic and commercially driven KAM Ahold and Food to join our Benelux Retail team. This role is made for people with proven track records in the Dutch FMCG retail landscape and experience with head office contact. We look for someone who is good at building strategic relationships, but can also roll up his/her sleeves, dares to jump on new opportunities and puts a lot of effort in growing the business.
What you will do:
As our Key Account Manager, you will take full P&L ownership of a substantial and prestigious part of our Dutch retail portfolio, with a primary focus on Ahold (Albert Heijn, Etos) and key supermarket accounts. Reporting to our Lead KAM, you will be a driving force in the Benelux Retail team, executing an ambitious growth strategy and shaping our monthly business reviews.
Because we are an agile, fast-growing brand, your impact goes way beyond sales, you will actively collaborate with marketing and product development to shape our pipeline.
Your core responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management: Drive and deepen strategic partnerships, co-creating long-term roadmaps with our most critical retail partners.
Commercial Growth: Optimize assortment architecture, secure new listings, and expand Naïf’s footprint across new retail environments.
Brand Visibility: Ensure our brand looks flawless and impactful across both physical stores and the digital shelf.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze weekly/monthly sales data (sell-in, sell-out, market share developments) to track performance and proactively pivot plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders across the Dutch country team, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution (from supply chain health to joint business plans).
What will you bring?

You have 3-5 years experience in (Key) account management; plus if you have experience working with Ahold.
You are results-oriented, not scared of deadlines or working under pressure; You are able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
You are an excellent communicator, effective at getting people on board with your ideas, vision & commercial view.
You are an analytical thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative commercial strategies, supported by data.
You are available minimum 4 days per week.
You are fluent in Dutch & English.
You’re happy to work from our office in Den Haag Central (next to train station Den Haag HS) at least 3 days a week.
