Brand Manager

About Naïf
Our mission is to change the world of personal care, and to protect and care for the environment that our children (and their children) will live in at all costs. So we choose to make personal care products that are mild for sensitive skin and less harmful for our planet. We were the first brand to introduce plastic-free wet wipes in the Netherlands, and we actively campaign against the use of microplastics in personal care products.
We have everything you need for your baby, from diaper cream to plastic-free wipes, shampoo and even sunscreen. The sensitive baby skin doesn’t need a lot if you ask us, and definitely no bad stuff. That’s why Naïf products are made with natural ingredients, and without mineral oils, microplastics or SLES. We choose high quality ingredients because your baby only deserves the best.
Your role
Parenting is a wild ride, and we’re here to make it easier for parents. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and high-energy Brand Manager to help us become the go-to brand for new parents. From the ‘magic moment’ of a first product sample to influencer collaborations, you own the touchpoints that matter. If you are the person that can bring a purpose brand to life by rolling up your sleeves, we want to talk to you.
What will you do:
Strategy: you’ll translate big-picture goals into actionable tactics that drive awareness and loyalty.
-
Getting closer to (new) parents through:
Social media & PR: Sharpen our presence that sparks conversation. You’ll (together with an agency) create content so relatable that parents can’t help but share it with their friends, turning our community into our biggest brand advocates.
Influencers & experts: Building a network of authentic brand ambassadors that tell the real story.
Strategic partnerships: Linking up with brands and organizations that share our values to expand our reach.
Events & sampling: Let new parents get to know Naïf through "wow" moments at fairs and sampling via experts.
Gifting: Monitoring our gifting approach to ensure that every parent to be gets Naïf when they need it most.
International support: Offering support and sharing your wins with our DE/AT team, ensuring brand consistency and scaling best practices across borders.
Impact Tracking: You aren't just doing "cool stuff", you’re driving growth. You’ll monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, sales) and manage your budget like a pro.
What will you bring?
You are passionate about our mission and want to help us turn the personal care industry upside down.
You love results and are not afraid to pivot, test, and learn.
You are strategic, and at the same time willing to roll up your sleeves to execute an event or a partnership.
You understand the modern parent; their needs, their fears, and where they spend their time.
You have experience (max 3 yrs) with building purpose brands and know how to tell a story that goes beyond the product.
You know what's buzzing on Insta and TikTok.
You’re a pro at staying organized, achieving goals, and juggling multiple projects at once.
Your excellent communication skills make working with different teams and people feel like second nature.
You are available 32-40 hours p/w starting a.s.a.p.
You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
You’re happy to work from our office in The Hague at least 3 days a week.
